How do I book?

Booking is by appointment. Get in touch by phone, WhatsApp, text or the enquiry form and I'll arrange a time — daytime, evenings or weekends. There's no online checkout; I confirm everything with you personally.

Where is the studio and is there parking?

The studio is at Glencairn, Duffshill, just outside Portlethen (AB12 4RX), tucked into the green belt. There's free parking right at the door. The exact directions are shared when your appointment is confirmed.

Question 3

What should I do before my appointment?

Accepted Answer

Arrive with clean skin if you can (though I can always cleanse for you), and avoid retinol, acids, waxing and heavy sun on the area for a few days beforehand. Please arrive up to 20 minutes early for your consultation.

How do I pay?

I accept card, cash and Bitcoin — with 10% off when you pay by Bitcoin. Payment is taken at your appointment; gift cards are arranged personally when you enquire.

What is your cancellation policy?

Life happens — but as a one-person studio, a booked slot is time set aside just for you. If you need to rearrange, as much notice as possible (ideally 24 hours) is hugely appreciated so the time can be offered to someone else.

Do you offer gift cards and loyalty rewards?

Accepted Answer

Yes — fully customisable printed gift cards (by value or by treatment) that never expire, and a loyalty card where your 10th treatment is free. Stamps never run out, so you collect at your own pace.
